Terms of Service

Last updated: August 4, 2026

1. What this is

Quiz Generator ("the Service") is a tool that helps you check what you've learned. It offers two things: a free, ready-made library of quizzes on common study topics, and a paid feature that generates a quiz from a PDF document you upload, using an AI model.

The Service is a study aid, not a guarantee of exam results, interview success, or any other outcome. Quizzes — including AI-generated ones — may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. Always cross-check anything important against the source material or a qualified source.

2. Your account and your content

Generating a quiz from your own document requires an account (via Google, Apple, or email/password). Quizzes you generate are stored against your account so you can come back to them later.

You are responsible for the lawfulness of anything you upload — that you own it, have the right to use it, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights or break the law. Do not upload content you don't have the right to share. We do not review uploaded documents for content before generating a quiz from them.

3. Purchase and delivery

Paid quiz generation is billed as a one-off charge based on the size of the document you upload — see the Pricing page for current amounts. Payment processing is handled by Lemon Squeezy, LLC, who acts as merchant of record: your payment is made to Lemon Squeezy, and their own terms and policies also apply to the transaction.

Delivery is immediate and on-screen: once payment is confirmed, the Service generates your quiz and makes it available in your account. See Refunds for what happens if generation fails or you're charged in error.

4. Retention

Free library quizzes require no account and store nothing about you beyond what's needed to serve the page. Quizzes you generate from your own document — and the document text used to generate them — are kept for as long as your account exists, so you can revisit them. You can ask us to erase your data at any time; see Privacy.

5. Acceptable use

We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these terms.

6. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability to you arising from your use of the Service is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force for a given purchase is the one published at the time of that purchase. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do.

8. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Questions or concerns? Contact CODIGO ARTE Kamil Szulc at i2p30mk@gmail.com.
